Re: what would you do in this case...

so you'll become a mistress to a married man while cheating on your own husband for a crush you had a decade ago.

some people need to wise up sooner than later.

Re: what would you do in this case...

What difference does it make as to WHY he contacted the woman? Maybe he still loves her? Maybe he's bored? Maybe he needs some type of validation? Maybe he's miserable in his marriage? Maybe he wants to see how she's doing? If the ex wants her, will she leave her family? My point is.....why does it matter to the woman as to WHY he's contacting her? Will it make a difference?

Oh...and yes, it's hard to tell this ex to not to contact her anymore....but how hard do you think it will be if the woman's husband somehow finds out what she's doing behind his back?

Re: what would you do in this case...

tryin' to rekindle flares with an old flame will leave you absolutely empty handed with your own family destroyed if hubby gets even a slight wind of whats happening and what has happened in the past between the two. Shut the door and move on. Once married and have kids, there's just no room or reason for the two [ex] love birds to revive contacts or be friends. Think from respective spouses' point of view. Men specially are not forgiving at all in such matters.
