If u find out something really bad that is going to happen to someone really close to u, n awaring that person could make things more worse but u have no other way…then wot would be the suitable thing to do…to tell or not

if they or somone else has any chance of influencing the situation and change the end result then sure go ahead tell em.
if its gonn happen no matter wot, then let them be in the dark so they dont have to dread it until it happens. Ignorance is bliss…

again tell them only if u'r quite sure about wot u'r talking about AND if they can change the situation. You'll be proven right in due time, even if ppl dont like it right now.
if on the other hand u are not really sure OR u know that no one can do anything about it, then stay quiet and let things unfold on their own accord.

WITHOUT A DOUBT - GET OUT FROM BEHIND THE SMOKE SCREEN
AND SAVE THIS PERSON FROM DAMAGE THAT COULD BE 'A LOT MORE WORSE', THAN THE 'MORE WORSE', YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT.

Why wouldn't anyone believe you if you share your perspective clearly with logical reasoning, without hiding "anything". I am sure you would be able to convince them in looking at the matter the way you are looking at it. There is also a possibility that your perspective might be wrong and they might correct you. In other words you might not be aware of the other side of the picture. I believe that sincerely sharing everything you know wouldn't hurt them as I am sure they would understand your intentions.
Also we can "Never" say that they wouldn't be able to do anything even if they come to know about it, everything is in the power of Allah and the last hope of a muslim is "DUA" (prayers) which is always useful even in the worst situations
