Just wanted to know, if u wanted to study something, or do something, which is not bad, but still your folks dis-agreed with it.
What would u have done. (I mean with study actually)

I studied what my parents didnt expect. At first I went along with what they wanted me to study, but soon both of us realized that I wasnt doing well at all because I didnt want to be in it, so I explained to them that I had to change my major. I went to my advisor who suggested to me to change my major, and let my parents know that as well. They werent too thrilled with the idea, but I got to study what I wanted! smile
