It’s an interesting scenario I think. Nazi Germany was an extremely racist society, but at par with the world as far as scientific innovation and technology.
Third Reich considered itself the ruler of the world as well.

May be world have gone through Third World War very soon due to Nazi policies and opposite forces on verge of taking revenge

Let's propose a history where Germany's original war aims were accomplished: The annexation of Poland, the elimination of France and Britain from the war, and the defeat of the USSR. Let us also assume that the Germany gave no assistance to Japan after the Britain and France were eliminated.
What would the world be like?
1) Western Europe & Africa
-Germany would be a huge state including territory eastwards until just before Moscow.
-Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Balkan states would be under the rule of their local Nazi Parties. Yugoslavia would be broken up into the countries that exist today, but all would be under the rule of local Nazi parties
-Italy would include Albania and large chunks of Greece.
-France would be under the rule of a right-wing dictatorship, but not Nazi rule. Franco-German borders redrawn as per prior to WW1. France would rule its empire with an iron fist with no regard for morality. France would lose all of its Asian colonies to Japan.
-Britain would still be a liberal democracy. It will have surrendered its east asian colonies to Japan, but likely kept control of territory west of Asia. Under German and Japanese pressure, India would be rapidly pushed to independence under the united rule of the Congress Party.
-Former German colonies in Africa (Tanzania mostly) would have been returned to Germany.
-Libya would remain under Italian rule.
-Most Middle-east countries would still become independent by the 1970s. Palestine would likely remain an arab entity.
2) Asia
-Japan would totally dominate East Asia, ruling it with a racist iron fist with little regard for the lives of non-Japanese.
-Australia would concede large territorial areas to Japan.
3) Americas
-No change
