If none of the Judges who have taken oath already also refused to take oath, and there was no judge found willing to take oath under the PCO?

Would that force him to reinstate the all the old judges and the Chief Justice?

i think marshal law activates military courts to work as civil court? my doubt.if thats true mushraff instead of going to SC will activate military court.
