If none of the Judges who have taken oath already also refused to take oath, and there was no judge found willing to take oath under the PCO?

Would that force him to reinstate the all the old judges and the Chief Justice?

Well spidy, almost 50% of the Superior Judges have already sworn an oath on the new PCO, so that does not arise.

Welcome to Gupshup Spiderman... there are tons of retired 2c Lt Col, Brigadiers, Generals who will occupy those seats if no judges are available.

How about Captains? Aap Captains ko bhool gayea? :) I think present day judges can come from Lt, majors and Captain1 :)

I agree there are many more than 1, but it is like Hinduism (sorry Hindu guys, please take no offense)... all these mafias are nothing but one, their root is one.

i think marshal law activates military courts to work as civil court? my doubt.if thats true mushraff instead of going to SC will activate military court.
