eh? Are you talking about somewhere far in the GTA (and not the city of Toronto)?
The semi in our street (this is within the city of toronto) sold for 650K two years back. Prices now should be even higher.
By the way, it is a tiny house. Like <3,000 sq ft. But at the time of sale, it was 1 year old so almost brand new.
