if there are less than four witnesses. I know as per sharia minimum four are required.

Regardless of the fact if there are ample witnesses or not, a DNA test can definitely be used.

Quran talks of 4 witnesses when a man accuses his wife of misconduct or the iwfe accuses the husband…

^hahaha i always thought u required four witnesses for EVERY crime...thought that was strange but thought perhaps theres some hidden advantage...

Famous case last year in Nigeria. Girl raped by father's friends. No punishment for men . Poor girl got pregnant and they wanted to lash her 80 times across her backside. Internation outcry rescued her. I am sure if you put effort into it , you can find the story about the Nigerian girl punishment done as per their shariah law.
In many cases I have read about , men usually escape unscathed its the women who society turns upon to vent their anger. Poor girls/women

I wonder what type of shariah was implemented if they were giving punishment of Zina Bil Raza to only one party whereas the case was of ZIna Bil Jabar

A DNA test would only show that a sexual encounter occured. It would not show if it was rape or consensual zina.

The question was about "rape" and the answer was given in that context assuming that it was established that there was a rape.

although other analysis can show whether it was a forceful encounter or not.

Yeah an examination can determine if there are bruises and stuff, but it cud have very well just been (consensual) rough sex, not necessarily rape

true in many cases, however the type of injuries of a rape are not always the same as that of rough sex, unless its just some really massive roughness involved
