It was a while ago that I lost the 20 pounds. It was all I had to make myself feel good about my own self. I was feeling super crappy about myself . The reason I started to get my mind on being healthier was to get the attention of someone and make myself more attractive to him but eventually the minute I actually started thinking healthier meals, exercising, and getting my mind set on looking awesome for myself and also seeing how I started looking in the mirror and being able to wear jeans that were a size 6 or 8, I started getting more and more confidence about being able to lose the weight. Searching the web for positive, successful weight loss stories and what type of delicious meals they ate as well as calorie counting and looking for snacks that were low cal also did it.

I've always wanted to be 124 pounds or lesser and the more I saw myself reaching my goal and thinking super positive about everything in life the more I started reaching that goal.

I started with 1 hour of speed walking because it's the most painless type of exercise for me and one I knew i would stay with.

Oh...I dd lose abt 10 lbs by omitting bread items only. But now back up those 10 lbs ...tries to cry...lol

globalgirl wow thats amazing! Well done for getting rid of that weight.. So did the walking alone help if not what other forms of exercise did u do?and meal choices sorry I need inspiration and motivation! :-)
