not bad. but photosynthesis didn't evolve until quite a while after life took hold on earth. the most primitive life known to us from physical evidence are unicellular organisms that get their energy needs from non-solar sources - geo-thermal pools, and not from breaking down sugars. these cells lack structures like chloroplasts and mitochondria.

I did answer that with the help of some logic and some theory and some Quranic verses.
Allah created all the animals together as a group. Allah is not bound with our limitations , Allah can do that and Allah did it. Allah said kun and it all happened (fa ya kun)

In this verse it links the making every living creature from water. At least geo thermal pools single cell organisms are 'from water'

isnt the verse just beautiful? fits in pretty well with the big bang theory and the fact that life began in water. and the context of the verse is interesting as well. God is talking about the idol-worshippers and their constant badgering about proofs. Talks about mountains, sun and the moon etc. One of my favourite verse.

ah ic, sorry missed that part, but still instead of finding an answer to this question when there is no benefit in it, we should cache this opportunity to teach our children to not to ask such questions as there is no benefit in them. only Allah knows best and to my knowledge there is no text regarding this in Islam

As far your conclusion that everything was created at once, do you have any clear text or understanding of classical scholars other than your own interpretaion? Allah Ta’ala doesn’t only create by saying "Kun faya koon; He also creates with His Hands as the Qur’an tells us that Allah Ta’ala created Adam ('alayhi as-salam with His two Hands.

Without looking at any answers i had said crow as well. And that Logic came from that Hazrat Adam son killed his brother and buried him by copying the crow. But what TLK bro said could hold some logic.

I don't know about the first animal but that sure was the first murder on this earth.
