Yaar Fraudia bhia, great explanation :D … True reorganization of vital signs regarding the intellectual prowess and deep insight these Mufta-e-Azaams have that is only a vowel different from respectable Mufti-e-Azaams should have. Once letter ‘I’ turns into letter ‘A’ for these self-appointed Mahafizay-e-Islam, we start seeing basic nuktas dancing and becoming biddati nuktas. And obviously, biddati nuktas are duzakhi nuktas, as that means change in Islam and thus Gunah-e-Kabir .. sorry, I mean Kabira not Kabir (Kabir jaab kabira ban jayea tou Sikhism start hou jatie hay) ;).
They were talking about it on TV - with Minister Ejaz, and one of the Ulema that was present in the last minute talks.
One statement read something like: Ghazi will go back to his ancestral village and will be released as per Ghazi requested.
Other statement: Ghazi will go back to his ancestral village and will be put under house arrest.
The difference had to do basically with whether the government would be taking Ghazi to court on this , or whether they'd release him.
The ulema are accusing the ministers of finally agreeing to Ghazi's terms, and then changing their mind.
Minister Ejaz holds that all this is B-S.
side note:
(I didn't think there was any real basis for importance of ancestral homes in Islam, but that's another debate of maulvis and their sick love for ancestry and family pride and tribal history and how that interferes with Islam)
side note2: This is based on what Urdu I could figure out in their statements. These statements are not verbatim, but rather my personal dumbed-down summaries.

On the contrary I guess the difference was basically about the ownership of the Madarasa with Maulana party hoping to get it and the Govt. after agreeing to it later suggested in the second draft that it is something which can be decided later after general consensus and mutual agreement. Maulana party got pissed off which was evident from their faces.
It has not happened first time in this case.. previous successful negotiations were also sabotaged by the army goof ghopri.. in last instance Ch Shujat was all beaming at success of the negotiotions - only to escape from media for some time after the general didnt agreed.. All was set and 9 hours of negotiations were just vetoed by all knowing army goof.. Head of negotiatins said on TV that the army commander came and in a haughty manner ended all the good work..all these assemblies are just rubber stamp and decisions are made by one worldy god..
They should had sent this Ghazi rascal to his native village - where they could had picked him up later to interrogate how he got all that arms and associations .. killing so many innocents and with them all the proofs is a very serious blunder.. Why Nawaz Sharif was let off- if law was that much issue?
^these why will probably never be answered, too much blind hatred around who gives a toss about lives that were wasted.
i dont trust all the bearded folks (qazi), i dont trust all the govt officials, some keys figures i respect and have no reason to suspect of treason, rafi usmani is one of them. these people are very quiet and appear to be dejected and were the main key players in negotiations. i certainly dont trust mush, man has long history of blatantly lying from the mai comments in foreign press, to ulemas agreement with women lib laws to the fair and free elections and the list goes on and on. all of the folks responsible though are pakistani, makes me feel terribly depressed.
I guess they would have already known how the arms got into the mosque. I guess everyone else getting to know about it would be a bloody nose for the government. On the other hand Ghazi and his advisors played infinitely stupid, they wanted a get out of jail free card. Given the situation one should know who is the strong party and where ones weakness lies. Ghazi should have known he can’t possibly survive an army onslaught unless Allah SWT willed it so and if he really had something on the government then he should tried damn hard to stay alive and get out of it but then even if he did he probably would have went to government custody first and anything could have happened. In short, when one agrees to become an asset, one should also realize rats are used for experimentation all the time. As for the Mullah clan, they are just idiots there is nothing more to say about them, they are not even worth the thought.

so basically what really started as a real estate dispute (i.e. lal amsjiof folks taking over land illegally) ended with a real estate dispute (who runs the facilities)
full circle.
anyways, good work.
While stealth supporters and apologists will try to find small reasons to complain about, the fact remains thatghazi could have ended it any time, he did not and thugs can not be allowed to challenge teh state, not in USA, not in Russia and not in Pakistan.

The government should also pick up the responsible Mullahs from the negotiation team who caused the negotiations to derail and queue them up for chitrol. This is another message I feel needs to be put out, do not poke your nose when good is being done.

I agree.
and its not just these clowns it also the media asswipes.
everyone wanted to be a hero, kamran khan is a mediator, shahid masood is a mediator, MMA is a mediatir, waqqf al madarais is a mediator.
for a govt that initially said that they will not allow any third party mediation, the sure were very very very flexible in having all these ppl poke their noses in. But you know its Pakistan, if they had not been allowed to talk to these ppl, they would be whining about not given a chance and had they been given teh chance they would have saved the day etc etc.

Agreed but there has to be some way of telling them if you are not capable of being a hero then don't try and be one and make it worse.
One reason that always prevents justice being fully served in Pakistan is because every single politican or army personnel has skeletons in their closet. You can't blame the other for what did not get caught because you are rowing in the same boat with them. You can only hand out justice when it becomes apparent as in this whole mess and the culprit becomes extremely visible.
