OK I am locking this thread based on OP's request.

One piece of advice (and it applies to me too). New people dont know you, they dont know whether you are joking or just being insensitive to what is important to them. It would be nice if we advice them with sincerity and not kid around too much. They come to this forum with lots of trust and expectations and i if all they get is Bozo the clown attitude in return, they would feel rejected and insulted.
