Do you eat balanced meals everyday? 5-10 servings of fruits and vegetables, Fish rich in omega 3, at least 3 times a week, hi fiber, low fat, diet rich in minerals? If not, then you need a multivitamin. Even my doctor finally admitted to it!
No but if I can have the energy to anything I like, and feel good inside then why do I need vitamins?
