What would you serve as a veggie with karaahi murg? Saag? Alu-gobhi? Any favourite recipe?

I prefer palak to saag.

And palak paneer along with chicken karahi is nice. You'll find palak and karahi served at parties as well. My mom makes daal around the time she makes karahi. That's also a nice combination. The daal and chicken are both protein dishes....but the daal falls into a veg category. If you think that daal is too simple and want something richer, you can opt for cholay. Cholay and chicken are a popular combo.

Another vegetable you can try serving is eggplant. Bagharay baingan, for example.

I'm not a fan of aloo gobi by itself as a salan. I only eat it when it's stuffed in roti (gobi ka paratha). We usually don't serve aloo gobi with karahi......in fact, I've never seen them served together.

You can do paneer-cholay if you don't want palak paneer.

Some shimla mirch/capsicum salan or palak alu methi dish

Fry some thinly sliced egg plant and spread it over a bed of yogurt. You may apply salt and laal mirch over sliced egg plant before frying. Don't add too much stuff to this dish as the flavor and taste of egg plant is sufficient on it's own. It goes really well with tomato based dishes such as karrahi.

i love chicken and cholay handi and also chicken and green peppers

also u can have gosht and green peppers instead

try them they are soooo tasty!!! :)
