What type jewelry does a bride wear?

Hi,

I’d like to know what sort of jewelry is worn by brides in the wedding functions - do they wear pure gold sets with gems or is it gold plated with swarovski type crystals/cubic zirconia?
In a moderate type of wedding, what sort of budget would one expect to set aside for the bridal jewelry?

mostly people go for gold with or without gems but silver gold plated sets are also in fashion

Mostly nowadays, brides wear artificial jewelry that matches their dress but some wear gold too.

Most these days wear artificial to match their outfits. I wore artificial on one and gold on the other.
