on a serious note i think good music.
Depends on mood and circumstances. Generally speaking I am a person who likes to enjoy life within limits. Therefore I think a bit of everything here and there. Nice weather, poetry, music. Thus anything which touches the heart and is soothing. Makes one aware of the beauty of life, its reality it's vividness. And simply anything which is pure and clean.
