Don't tell a woman she looks good today, or hot, or sexy esp. if you are a guy
don't talk about family drama or relationship issues, maintain a professional environment
try not to discuss politics too much and never talk about anything racist, or share any prejudice or sexist feelings you may have.

Its not that I get "uncomfortable"...but it gets annoying when people feel the need to share details of their marriage, kids, relationships, health issues etc. It's annoying when they volunteer their own info. and worse when they ask about mine.

I am blessed that I work with a team of guys that are as close as brothers. On any given day, we talk about personal stuff, we make jokes, we help each other, we harass each other, we make offensive comments. I can't thank God enough for my team, we really are close like brothers.
