A good friend of mine is getting married Labour day weekend. She’s having two wedding ceremonies- she’s tamil hindu and her fiance is tamil christian so there’s going to be a hindu wedding and then a christian weddng. Now my only dilema is that I’m not too sure of what to wear to the christian ceremony- it’s going to happen in a church. My friend said that a lot of people would be in saris, but I was thinking about a dress. Nowww..the only thing is that I have to find a dress long enough to wear!! I don’t mind if it’s half-sleeves or sleeve-less because I can always wear a jacket or a sweater on top…but the dress…or mabye I should wear shalwar kameez??? Help

I think you shud wear shalwar kameez as other ppl wearing traditional thing, or why dnt u wear a sari if u have any reasonable one

yea, u'll see a lot of sarees even if it's a tam xtian wedding. how abt a lengha or sharara? there's a traditional tam dress that resembles the sharara, so it would be quite appropriate.
