i wore a black and gray skirt with a white shirt...cant go wrong with that...

well it really depends on your ceremony.. our departmental ceremony was much more professional and formal and we wore black pants and also honor awards ceremonies are a bit different too and of course you dun wear jeans there, it would look odd. Our big commencement was out in the rain and there wasn’t any need to go fancy shamncy thus jeans were the most comfortable ones!
Now make your decision depending on your ceremony.. if you are going on stage to receive a degree, wear anything but red.

since u r short…don’t bother wearing long skirts. A dress pant with classy shirt will look good on ya …at least right after ur graduation u can take ur gown off and jump around easily
