yea or kaftan or the long flowy gowns that are in. you could also wear a sari...as i can be adjusted to your waist.

When I think of anarkali I can only think of Indian designs with mota kaam (which I don't like...) Have you got any Pakistani ideas?

I just had a thought: if the kaam of the dress is at the bust, as in the above picture, I don't want it to reach all the way round to the side of the dress, because I hopefully I intend to wear the suit again when I'm not preggo, and I imagine my bust size will have reduced by then so I'd take it in from the sides at that point.

I agree with most here that a long flowy gown type dress will work. Another could be a kurta or an A-line kameez with pants or izaar to go with it as they are generally loose and you could always re-wear it. Here are some examples:
