That's actually a real thing --- A burkini.
It's specially designed for people who do 'purdah'. You could get one online actually.
I see a lot of people who don't like/want to wear a bathing suit who opt for other suits. But yeah, whatever you wear, put on a bathing suit underneath.
how about a one-piece bathing suit but with tights under it? you could throw on a baby t on top if you’re really conscious. Ahiida - Ahiida® Burqini®? Swimwear
hope the swiming pool ur going to is only for ladies
our is for ladies only but the timings are really odd....its after 9pm as they close down @ 9 and no chance of anyone coming to the rec center....so we muslim ladies can enjoy sometime without being worried about our pardah.....
IVE actually seen a BURKINI-- lol its kinda funny looking google it-if u havent seen it people-- LOL-- but yeh wear tights and a regular shirt and do wear a regular bathing suit underneath just incase--
something like that is great and its actually kinda nice if the pool is cold! Also if you are at the beach no one will give you a second look since a lot of people wear this while swimming in the ocean
^ those thigns are quite expensive and so are the burkinis..
i take bubz swimming.. and i found Speedo have really cool tights and u can get tops as well.. works out really well :k: Also, im sure ur local K-Mart has swimming shirts… they’re cheap there
Ok, so correct me if I am wrong. From what most muslims claim, women are supposed to wear covered, "loose" clothing. How does a wet suit, tights or burkini qualify as that when it is glued to your body defining every single muscle and curve of your body while you are dripping wet....!??
I have no problems with women wearing whatever they choose to wear in any public pool, I am merely asking for my knowledge.
Hello Mr. President, those are models, if you've seen those on regular people, they are not quite as hot as you described. I think you are thinking of a wet tee shirt contest!
They are modest for the activity and will be imensely more modest than comparison to others there, clothing should be modest and not draw attention to oneself, trust me a wetsuit at a pool and if you want you can throw on a T-shirt will certainly not cause gawking etc....
I 'have' seen those on regular people... Trust me, there's 'nothing' hot about them.
My post made you think of a wet T-shirt contest? You do have a wild imagination there don't you hun?
I don't buy your 'modest for the activity' argument one bit but I certainly respect our differences.
Don't get me wrong, I see nothing wrong with women swimming in public pools or wearing whatever they please.
