very good insight and thanks for clarifying what I meant. You got it, specifically as u allow for environmental situated controls vs. internal situated and thus give benefir of dooubt to the party whose character might be out of the ordinary when someone meets them and forms an impression based on what is seen.

Afridi, I doubt that she's asking you to judge someone without getting to know them. I suspect she wants to assess them discreetly.

She's asking what signs you would look for in a person's nature to form an opinion about them.

Dushwari, I think it's very difficult to accurately form an impression about somoene until and unless you see them in trying circumstances.

Perhaps when they are having a particularly difficult day, or when they are frustrated and angry.

If you can tolerate someone when they are in the worst moods/situations, it is likely that you will be able to handle them in good times.
