My older daughter asked me about the process a few months ago when her school friend had a baby brother and they noticed that her mom’s belly was no longer big 
So I told her that Allah mian does all these miracles, but honey, don’t worry about it, you will find out the details when you grow up.
She hasn’t asked again.
