Sounds great but a lot of work?
What do you guys think of this:
bun kebab
masala fries
chaat with various toppings
batata vadas?
Possibly samosas
Drink: mocktail of some sort. Was thinking lassi at first.
I have those buffet pans that keep food warm an felt the above would be a nice mix.
