That is a totally valid point.
But if someone else is accompanying you and you want them to recite it,maybe yes.My mother accompanied my phuppoo when she had her baby and phuppoo wanted ammi to recite Surah Maryam when she was in labor.Ammi took her panj surah along and read that in the waiting room.

i took my cellfone with me having tilawat with translations of many surahs including surah maryam…and i was listening during labor…i placed it on my side table…
