I never had the need to stay at a hotel out here in States, but when I was in Pakistan, everytime I stayed at a hotel I would take sheets/pillow cover and my own blanket with me. I'm not married or anything but I'm not sure if the bedsheets and stuff they hotels use are brand new or if they washed them. I find it disgusting sleeping on sheets where like hundreds of people probably went hanky panky on. I'm paranoid of such stuff.
With all your bedding with you, you can just sleep in your car.
Serious advice, please don't take this all with you. You are paying to stay at a hotel, you should expect clean, washed sheets, nicely made bed and clean pillows. If you are not satifisfied, ask the housekeeping staff to change it for you. My husband travels every week and stays at hotels, I can't imagine giving him all of this each time he goes.
Demesne, please pack your own nigh suit/gown. Why would you wear your husband's on your wedding night? Wouldn't you want to look nice in something more girly/sexy rather than just an oversized t and pjs.

well, I dont want to go into details about it in a public forum but yes,when it comes to involving other people like (male or even female) servants/laundry people, I will take a life-time to not consider it intense bay-sharmi involving them into all this stuff by one means or the other !
anyway, I hope you continue enjoying being and acting like an adult .. I am happy with my kiddy hassle
Buy a travel-size beauty pack from wal-mart (if you have one there) - it has mini sizes of Aveeno body lotion, body wash, Pantene shampoo and conditioner, hair-removal stuff, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. It's only $6 bucks! I bought it for a trip once, the mini versions lasted me about two weeks, which is great because you don't need to pack big bottles of everything! It should last you through the honeymoon - just add a bath & body works scented shower gel, body spray, extra clothes and make-up remover - and you're ready to go!
