What to make of India and China border dispute?

My opinion is..this is the beginning of India’s beating..that is when you try to flirt with other country’s maps. Sounds like Hindutva is getting hammered to the max. Be it dispute with China, Nepal and Pakistan..India is increasingly being isolated in the region.
What is your take on this?

Not into politics but I think India's fall isn't too far. It has weakened itself from the Inside and anything that's weak breaks with slight outside or moderate inside pressure.

What are the consequence for Pak I wonder? Neither China nor India interest me nor their b*tching but more tension in the region is last thing Pak needs.

That is what i say as well. You just spoke my mind..

Well..true the tension in the region is last thing we need. But strategically. India is weakening itself and will continuing to dig hole for themselves in the region.
The main issue is..how do we balance out border disputes in the region?. This is for the experts to argue..but my main concern is that i hope sanity prevails in the region. India must stop the hoard of hindutva “expansionism”.

India didn’t have easy relations for long with any of its immediate neighbours(China, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Srilanka, Bhutan and Myanmar). But for them, India is way too powerful to mess with, except for China. Just saying that in strictly firepower terms.

I think India is ready for a full scale attack on Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan region. China is just signaling India to not do that. But Pakistan should not expect much from China if India does go ahead with the attack, because at the end of the day Pakistan will have to fight its own fight.

^ that's what I'm worried about, I hope they don't become so desparate and decide to attack Pak in an attempt to weaken it while their own house is burning.

I hope its muslims and other minorities stay safe from hindu terrorists. When it comes to border disputes lool Pak can't convince Afghans to accept Durand line, then we have potential headache with India in near future, both hotheaded lunatics. Good luck. It's just a matter of time before Pak has to accept the evil that's China.

well i am of the view if a war breaks out betwen china n india, pakistan should enter occupied kashmir cutting off their supply lines to ladakh. I know its difficult given the fact that we are weak economically and can't afford to be a party in a conflict but then tell me when was the last time pak was ready for a conflict in the region lolz! In 1962 Ayoub khan missed this opportunuty citing weak economy. Iss ka matlab tum qayamat tak nhe larr sakte since economy with such people will never recover. The problem is with the mentality of the people and not with the economy. They are least bothered about kashmir, regional conflicts and are busy being rich all the time which reflects the lack of shared vision for how prepared we really need to be individually and collectively.... All i am saying is we need to adopt an offensive approach towards india, not defensive.
And yes i agree china is not our friend either.

^ Exactly what PP said. Can Pakistani generals grow a pair and decide to make a move now when the iron is hot? Historically Pakistan has missed many many chances before.

Just imagine a situation where we swap the places, Pakistan is in literal fight with some other mighty neighbor, India wont split a sec to make a move

So here we have a pretty clear Picture of what is at steak!.

India’s Claims are Totally BOGUS!

There was No such Country as a HINDU INDIA before the British Left! …Let alone HINDU KASHMIR!

#1 Pakistan did not cede any territory to China in its part of GB.. There are several sources to confirm that below is just one of them. India in its desperation spreads the propaganda with incorrect maps.

There is one statement, however, which is untrue. It concerns the Shaksgam Valley and asserts: Area ceded by Pakistan to China. Pakistan ceded no territory to China under their agreement of March 2, 1963. On the contrary, it received from China 750 square miles of administered territory beyond the watershed, the traditional grazing ground for people in Hunza. The added assertion claimed by India is factually correct. Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru did contest the validity of the agreement no sooner than it was published.

#2 India is not attacking any part of Pak unless they are absolutely mad, If they make that mistake they know whats coming, Feb27th should be a good reminder.

#3 The biggest threat to Pak is US/Indian terrorism especially to CPEC - CPEC is a very big needle in US and Indias behind and a big takleef.

#4 US prime objective is to contain China by whatever means possible. Terrorism is the primary tool of the West/US and fortunately for China, their borders are well protected. The best way to counterbalance China is to pump India and you will see more of India/China dance in the coming years.
