depends what you personally like and how much you like spending .. Dubai is a very variety filled shopping market .. you can get some really good quality Purses , decoration pieces, stylish scarves .. These are specific to Dubai .. if you want you can also get some perfumes .. generally they are expensive in Dubai but as a gift would do fine ..
