Can anyone please help me with a list of what to feed my 7 month old…she already eats pureed fruit, vegetable and oatmeal. Can i give her bread, khichdi, pasta and potatoes?

i think u can give potatoes n cereals now can start chicken after 9 months n dairy products when she turns 1 :)

mine is 7.5 months and his doctor said its ok to start him on soft cheese like cottage cheese, but pureed first, and also tofu and chicken is good now. and i’m going to start him on khichri very soon. so far he’s been eating the pureed fruits and veggies and oatmeal, and i think from now i want to make each meal of his a complete meal- so i’m aiming to have some protein, carbs and fat in each. its very ambitious, i know, but i hope i can manage it!

as the site says though, depending on your baby, he/she might eat more or less. mine is mA a big baby so he generally does eat more than what is written here. and i prefer to give him his solids first 3 times a day because it tends to work better.
