I GOT MARRIED last month, and for afew weeks before i didnt eat any complex carbs...however for my cousins shadi wouldnt be so strict. so for a few days before, dont eat any bread or anything. i had only juices for 3 to 4 days before weding. and had a small bowl of soup or salad for dinner. trust me it makes a difference.

really u drink only juices for 4 or 5 days before. you eat only soups and salad and juices. i don;t know if i can eat soup with bread? vegetabe soup or something like this? what salad is it? like chickpea salad? or pototoes salad, or kidney bean salad which can be buy from shop to order salad. like in PACE lahore they serve salad, is it suitable to eat daily for dinner as other time only juices then order salad from PACE?

be careful with salads that are loaded with dressings and cheese!! instead add a tsp of olive oil and squeeze a lemon.
I would avoid foods that aggravate the skin..nuts, chocolates,candies,fried fattening foods, and saturated fat.
Sugar runs havoc on your skin making it look dry and dull..... and fried spicy food can cause overproduction of oil in your sebaceous glands and make you break out!
sugar and saturated fats lead to premature aging anyway...if you are worried.... steer clear of it on a regular basis..

Thank for your useful information, my skin is dry and now i know why. i will try my best to stop eat that foods have sugar inside, so i will pick for fruits as sweet. i do regular drink a lot of waters, but i do try to eat lot of fruits but it did not stop me feel hungry. thanks
