- Accept the sadness
- Cry your heart out in sujood and talk to Allah just like you would talk to a friend or to yourself.
- Surround yourself with people even though you may not want to (friends,college,work,public places etc)
- Daily charity or help others in whatever way you can
- Do activities you used to love before even though you may not want to
- Try to laugh (if there's nothing to laugh at, read funny stuff)
Do NOT isolate yourself. This is the worst time to be by yourself.
Most importantly, believe that you'll get through this.
