What to do?

This guy at work is so LOUD that my clients can hear his entire phone conversations.

I don’t know how to approach him and tell him to shut the hell up.

He is a partner with my boss.

and his secretary she has conversations with herself :mad2: - and literally after every phone call she would have a good 5 min bukbuk with herself

Professionaly how would i handle it?

Its getting too annoying now

Re: What to do?

The lady who sits beside me talked loud on the phone for 3 hours straight about her personal family problems and I couldn't concentrate on anything. I got a colleague to write an email to her and other ppl who sit in my area saying the following:

Hello,
There have been some complaints made about the noise levels in our work area. Please respect your cubicle neighbours by keeping personal phone calls and noise levels to a minimum.
Thank you,

But I guess him being your boss's partner totally changes it. Otherwise, get earphones and listen to music! Good luck!

Re: What to do?

maybe try to tell him that due to some sounds problem in the office customers can hear him, and it could affect business

Re: What to do?

Its no brainer!

Just get up with a fake smile on ur face, soft tone and relaxed face. Walk upto them and say to the girl, "Honey how are you? Are yo u feelin' ok? I got worried about you since I have been noticin' that after every call you tend to talk to yourself. Is everything ok?" and then you tell her between the lines that Plz Its Annoying.

To the Guy, "Hello sir how do you do? Is your phone seems to work properly? I have been noticing you talk loud on your phone on every call, can you hear the person on ther other side properly? You see talking back loud kind a disturb the environment and privacy. You can use my phone if you want for next time. " :-)
