so i realised i have a bag of arvis in teh fridge too 
can you tell i have been ignoring the cooking part these days? 
so i went up and cooked the arvis. Hte gobhi can be frozen and the carrots i will make cake or cupcakes out of. Hubs will be in heaven. Cabbage i am planning on using over the weekend for asian.
