You can also make caroot pickle(can add cauliflower too)…it’s quite simple I think.
I don’t know any special way to cook cauliflower…maybe make mix sabzi with it or use it in sambhar/dal. By the way, if I have extra I cut raw cauliflower in florets and freeze it for later!
