Hello my dear guppans, I made some yakhni and have left over boiled chicken in the fridge, please suggest what can I make with that.
something easy and yummy because I dont want it to go waste, has to be easy I just had a surgery on Wed so I am not too out and about.

make chicken pakauRe, chicken nuggets, make sandwich mix, make chinese fried rice, make chicken strips…whatever you prefer!

chicken mayonnaise sandwiches. you have the boiled chicken. shred it into small pieces with a fork and mash it up with mayonnaise, black pepper, salt and hot sauce. spread on toasted bread. yummy and creamy with little fuss.

yeah, and add a little bit of green onion and a tiny bit of chopped washed onions.

Soup (chicken corn soup, chicken noodle, etc)
Stir-fry (toss the chicken with veggies, seasoning)
Stuffed pastries (patties, spring rolls)
Salad
Pizza topping
Quesadillas
You can get the mixed bag of frozen veggies that also comes with a sauce packet…they’re basically stir-fry bags. Only takes a few minutes to cook the veggies, add the sauce packet, throw in the shredded chicken and you’ve got yourself a quick lunch/dinner. Get tortilla wraps and cheese…make quesadillas.

Lots of things you can make
Chicken soup
Chicken sandwiches
Chicken potato cutlets
You can even freeze it and use later in Chinese rice or sandwiches.
Samosas can be made
Yakhni you can use for even plain rice or for peas/channa chawal

yaKhnii? the juice is already gone during the cooking…so, a cooked chicken will not be good for yuKhnii…imho

to make yuKhnii, you need the juices from the meat and bones…OP has cooked chicken which means all the juices from the chicken are drained out. you are NOT gonna get good yuKhnii with this cooked chicken.

you can make fajitas wraps, borritos, tacos. Best is sandwich. Add mayo, celery, black pepper and some crunch green apples. Use a crusty bread and voila you have a great sandwich.
