hubby wanted our future kids to have anglo names too (julia??? wtf.) but i insisted we choose names that are, if not pakistani, then at least arabic/middle-eastern so people can recognize our kids are half desi/half gora. its their name and a big part of their identity- and i already know hubby's genes are strong enough that likely our kids will look gora more than desi- so there needs to be something there that comes from their mother's heritage! we're looking at arabic names mostly.
