What to do when meeting a rishtaa

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

Btw..pcg..how educated is he??

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

I'm wondering how old he was.

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

29, engineer

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

Too cheap to get a rental and offer to drive me although I had pulled a 30 hr shift before picking him up from the airport. Nice right ?

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

I dropped him to the airport. He is gone. He keeps asking when I'm gonna visit him and I keep evading him. He likes honesty so I'm wondering whether I should do him a favor and write him a nice email about things he should change. It affects his job. He had had difficulty finding and keeping employment

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

The reason i asked about education and pg..asked about age..to see his maturity. Everything aside..if a person..cannot show how presentable is he..then it's not worth it yo. I mean if i go out with a girl..one thing i do notice is how she dresses up. If she looks presentable with good manners..then i ask her out. And pcg..ya're too nice to pick him. But he suppose to rent a car and get this way to meet ya up. Anyway..pcg..yo why bother??

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

I guess I've been too focused on having that family to complete me.

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

I know ya probably heard this gazillion of times..but Insha'Allah there is someone for everybody. And ya'll have one as well. And of course anyone in this situation.

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

and only PCG have an eye for such a diamonds :D . . . how you find them ???? :D

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

^ He's a diamond in the rough. PCG, you can make him sparkle.

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

dude PCG you need patience. Even brefore your encounter is completely over with a guy, you start slaughtering him online.
You got to stop doing this. Relax. Take it easy.

And don’t tell me this dude was from GS ?? :omg:

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

Nope! Not a GS dud.

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

Can people stop saying this? No, not everyone has someone. There is a such thing as a crone, or spinster.

The rishta process has made you cynical . Having a family and person to come home to is a very very basic and natural thing to desire. One qu UK question is do you scare ppl? You are a quite qualified and that might scare many guys to have somebody in a control position . I think it is a great idea to look at that these websites and contact some rishta aunties. Depending on where u live u should find somebody that has success. Love need not happen on the first look. The type of love that is needed for marriage happens gradually after marriage. You heard a gazillion times MARRIAGE IS COMPROmise. Find some basic things like somebody who has taqwa, good morals, a paying, respectable job, and decent family background. Money styles is imp. Is he a cheapo? Or does he throw away money at every gadget and doesn't have a dime to his name? Inshallah parents or siblings can be very helpful in a weeding out a potential candidate. if he took the effort to visit that means something. Tickets are not cheap. Farting when you are on a highway a s can't excuse yourself is sometime unavoidable. Best not to eat daal and other gassy foods when visiting a potential rishta.

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

Some Golden words..here!. At the end of the day..it is all about how humble and god fearing person is..everything falls into it's place. For instance..people automatically assume that..if the fella is doc, engineer or so on..he is "educated"..therefore he would have really good personality etc. Education to me starts from home. Education..is good manners, being responsible, do what is right..and treat other people rightly..give them their due rights. Live in halal means..stay away from drugs and alcohol and all that jazz. Yes..one should strive to get formal education and degree..because it is essential for this world..but lets not make this..the "only education criteria to get married".

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

You people need to read my journal. Worst turn-off was that he was so cynical, making sneering comments at everything. Scoffing at stuff. Like I took him to a mosque as it was prayer time, and he scoffed that it was next to a church. I'm like what is the big deal??

It was commentary like that non-stop with almost every comment that came out of his mouth. These people are miserable to hang out with, forget marriage, I don't even keep friends like this.

What to do when meeting a rishtaa

Wow, people like that exist? Going to meet up with a potential rishta and you can't remember to wear cologne?? Letting one go in your car??? NOT paying for a god damn movie ticket EVEN if your making less than 50g's a year, let alone 6fig salary. REALLY dude? I can understand a bit of where that cynicism in your posts seems to come from pcg. If I had to hear those comments I'd be irritated to, sounds like one of those over confident obnoxious guys who talk for the sake of talking. Quality over quantity people, quality over quantity.

Re: What to do when meeting a rishtaa

^ it was annoying
