um,wear some old and torn clothes around him constantly,decrease the amount of home cooking,when he asks tell him the budget no longer allows things to be the way they were.everything is very expensive.try going out in your clothes to meet people you both know,let him know casually ur going,its going to be his embarassment,gradually he'll realize he needs to set and amount to give you for personal use.
or work if you want to,earn ur own.
i hate husbands who clutch money like this and leave their wives embarassed and dependent
