Friend of hubby’s is going to Peshawar in a couple of months to get married. Yesterday, her asked me, “baabi mey kya laun aap key liye udar sey” …so could you all suggest what’s the specilalty there that someone can bring back to the US?

Well, on a serious note, though i'm not updated but Peshawar barra market was famous for great quality smuggled cloth. Khaddar is a well known cloth that is the best available in those markets. Shawls are a good idea, though I think most of the precious stuff are mardana over there.

***Niki…ask your friend to pick up shawls from R-Sheen…they have some really pretty ones in the range of 2000 to 8000rs

R-sheen has lovely winter wear too…unstitched 3 piece suits from Gul Ahmed , Maria B , Vaneeza , Sonia Batla …so you can ask them to pick those too !

Imperial , Stylo have some lovely Shoes & Sandals

Sohan Halwa packed in tins might be easy to transport …
