Re: what to ask a potential mate?
most of the basic stuff...like job status, degree status, previous marriages lol, residency status......my mom would be taking care of....she is quite the investigator...she found out everything bout both my bro-in-laws thoroughly. :D even though my sisters trusted em!!
anyway the rest would be up 2 me to find out..i would find out by talking to him....finding out about his views on certain issues....especially religion.
the rest
here is a start...
Questions to ask by the family of the women, to the family of the potential son-in-law & to ask him before accepting him as a spouse of your daughter
Women, ask this, check it all for your ownselves!!
Do a thorough check!
The person/being of the his- age, ideas on justice, equity, honesty,
marriage, respect for women, spouse
Health - any diseases which he has
Education- highest degree he has obtained
Background- his religion, opinions, life experiences-travel around
the world
Family- information about his grand parents, parents, siblings, home-
town, people he grew up with & times or environment in which he grew up
Friends- social circles, activities, interests
Work place- address & references, & how much does he travel away from
home?
Status- national citizenship, prestige in the field due to work and
education
Any of these ills: ignorance, poverty, unjust mentality, inclined to
pleasure from treating others with cruelty, inhumane torturous nature,
doubtful, lazy, unclean, prejudiced, rigid, self-righteous, possesses a
deceptive mind, unstable, unkind, leading an unethical life-style,
then, tell him to get lost and dump himself in a sewage plant and/or
garbage field.
DO VERIFY ALL THIS.
& yes, it goes both ways - for females and for males. definitely for males.
