it depends on your schedule and responsbilities. If you ahve to be at work at 8 and have a 45 monutes commute, and takes you 45 minutes to get ready and have breakfast..well..do to household chores..you would need to be up very early..

Fraudia bhai is right. but, it is also true, that if people get early enough, after freshening up, exercise, prayers and breakfast, house hold chores, can be scheduled to get done, in a very structured and scheduled time line fashion.
at least, trying wont hurt.

^ i doubt ppl who work full time do their chores in the morning... morning time is best for those who stay at home. i think for rest, weekends is it.........
