What ticked off CJ Iftikhar?

CJ Iftikhar supported Musharraf on April 13 2005, in the “Judgment on 17th Amendment and President’s Uniform Case”. He was one of 5 Supreme Court judges who dismissed ALL petitions challenging President Musharraf’s consistitutional amendments. It also declared that the Legal Framework Order (LFO) instituted by General Musharraf after his suspension of the constitution, the 17th amendment which gave this constitutional backing, and the two offices bill which allowed Musharraf to retain his military uniform whilst being President were ALL LEGAL.

So what ticked him off later? He is certainly not against military rule or very pro-democracy (base on above)

Was it the baluchistan operation?
or what Musharraf accused him of using his poisition, to help his son’s career?
or something else.

any ideas?

It wasn't CJ getting ticked off, rather Mushy ticked off at CJ taking suo motu actions, interventions in privatisation affairs etc.

CJ Iftikhar Choudry had started hearing cases of Karo Kari and abuse of Women...............which affected the High and Mighty of Balochistan and South Punjab and Sindh where it seems those kind of acts are only considered .............
