Viagra can be prescribed only when “medically necessary”, according to the law. So what can be the medical necessisity(ies) to prescribe Viagra?

I’d rather the Medicare funds are spent on more genuine health situations to help treat real medical necessities of elderly than some tharki babas. Even a buck spent on this is a buck too much.
But I guess, those who are writing the rules are already fore-planning for their own retirement. Leechers.
