its just been a long period with so many issues ..i have started to feel weak...
I stress out on random things...even issues of other people can stress me out for days...Like I was talking to a friend of mine...and she is having financial issues and wat not....another friend's son has some hearing problems....
As for myself, I cant take sarcasm too well...I cant get things out of my mind...and find my own meanings to watever was said...and it gets so awful sometimes...I wish I could just be able to move on no matter what people said and meant....:(
people stress me out the most and I like doing something, anything of my todo list, to feel like I accomplished something to feel relaxed.
I can't listen, watch or eat something and expect my stress level to go down. These things only make it go down in the short run and I am back to square one again.
I get stressed when I can't do something that I know I can.
I listen to music...like turn it up reallllly loud so I can't hear anything else or I soak in the bath or I go to my room and pray and read.

when im really stressed or worried about family stuff or uni work then i read a book called Prayers of Holy Qu'ran and Holy Prophet (SAW) and read prayers until i fall really sleepy and this always makes me more relaxed and i feel as though everything is going to be ok!
When I am stressed out, I avoid people. I either quietly sit down on the recliner and ask family members not to talk to me until I start talking......or I go for a drive.
