being a woman helps. men are generally more friendly to women than the other way round. they are less likely to brush a woman off, be rude. .in short men generally like female attention. but a man has to analyze a lot of things before going up to a woman. a woman reserves the right to throw a fit if god forbid she is not interested.

Exactly, but in my case I knew he liked me and was an decent guy (not giving that type of attention to every girl) and it helped. Other than that, I don’t chase people.
