I love mountain biking…or plains biking too :D…anyway…I just want to know what you guys enjoy to do… and why…For me nothing more then the open roads and the wind blowing your hair…its kind of exhilirating for me and at the same time a wonderful workout…I can never confine myself to the stationary forms of exercise equipments:)…
Now that everyone here is a grown up (ok…some of you arent!!) are there things that you do just to enjoy your alone time outdoors???
