I’am going through a steep downward spiral but listening to music helps me relax.

What else do people listen to? I need some song suggestions as I am feeling extremely low.

My list is:

it is best to avoid songs when you are down, they make you even more miserable. bad thing about songs is, there are either sad songs or love songs so you end up feeling even more down.

just make wazoo and pray your namaz, it really helps you feel better
