in the light of recent events, what should we expect from ICC, Darrel Hair, PCB and other cricket boards?

ICC should initiate a prompt inquiry demanding Darrel Hair to provide concrete evidence of his serious allegation against Pakistan team.

Darrel Hair should provide whatever stupid evidence he has against Pakistan

PCB cannot deal with ICC this time to resolve this matter on ICC terms and conditions. PCb should clearly demand

  • ICC to remove Darrel Hair from elite panel once he fails to provide a concrete evidence against any Pakistan player.

  • Darrel Hair to publicily apologise to Pakistan team for tarnishing their image.

*]This test should be stripped off its test status.
I expect other boards specially ECB to openly support Pakistan on their protest.

There is a difference between 'expect' and 'hope'!!!

All you have written is what we 'hope' for but I personally dont 'expect' any of this to happen.

11.15pm An ICC statement adds: "ICC chief executive Malcolm Speed also spoke to umpire Darrell Hair by phone from Dubai.
"Following these meetings the umpires decided that, having made the decision to award the match to England, to change that decision would not be in keeping with the Laws of Cricket. The ICC backs the decision of the umpires."

Its about time that we should expect and not hope. This is an unusal situation where national pride is on the line and Pakistan cricket fans expect PCB and ICC to realize that.

I did expect the charges against Pakistan, I want Pakistan to pull out, but I dont expect that to happen becuz of gutless PCB.

If no evidence can be found against Pakistan then PCB should threaten to sue this stupid Hair. I know legal action can prove to be very expensive, however when your reputation is stake - then you should be prepared to pay any price.

As suggested by a number of people - the PCB should sue this racist Hair but realistically speaking like you stated above nothing will happen.

THey will probably suspend Inzi and few other players. ICC will not do anything to the umpires. Like Wasim Akram said on GEO TV that they are useless and they basically collect money!
