Seriously? There’s a 11 year age gap. He thought he was chatting to a girl who was 22. It’s not his fault. If she has lied about her age then there’s going to be other important stuff she has lied about.
My advice? He should cut his loses now. I know it’s easier said than done; however he needs to look at the bigger picture which in reality is quite worrying.
