there was this case in mansehra district last year involving a “qari” who was sentenced several years in jail. plus that “javed iqbal” case in lahore, who committed suicide in prison though he was not a “mulla” as you put it… there was one more in faislabad or somewhere, qari sahab did beat up a young boy causing fracture in his hand
